所有與FLASH LINE的銷售都是一經落單及付款後恕不可更改,正常情況下並不設退貨或換貨服務。

如果您對我們網站上特定產品的尺寸或狀況有任何疑問,請在提交購買產品前發送電子郵件至 order@flashline.store 或 Whatsapp +852-5598-3298 進行查詢。

以下特殊情況,本公司可為客戶換貨

  1. 款式或尺碼與客戶訂單內容不符
  2. 嚴重損壞,導致產品無法發揮其原有功能


如果客戶發現符合上述條件,客戶必須在收到貨物後7天內通過電子郵件/Whatsapp/wechat提交申請,貨物必須連同原包裝一起退回.

例外/不可退回的物品

某些類型的商品無法退貨,例如易腐爛商品(例如食品、鮮花或植物)、定製商品(例如特殊訂單或個性化商品)和個人護理商品(例如美容產品)。我們也不接受危險材料、易燃液體或氣體的退貨。如果您對特定商品有任何疑問或疑慮,請與我們聯繫。

我們不能接受特價商品或禮品卡的退貨。

如果商品因使用不當,或任何個人原因(如尺寸不一致、不雅觀等)而損壞,或屬於一般產品缺陷,包括膠漬、線頭或污漬不大於商品的 5%貨物體積大,或因快遞運輸造成的原包裝缺陷,均不能作為退貨或換貨的要求。
此外,網站上所有產品展示的圖片僅供參考。參考圖片上產品的顏色、外觀、尺寸等可能與實際產品不一致,客戶下單後不能作為退貨申請。如果您對實際產品有任何疑問,請通過各種網上渠道或聯繫我們了解詳情。

一旦退回,您將有權獲得更換或退款,其中不包括原始郵費和包裝費用。我們無法退還或更換看似磨損、洗滌或非原始狀態的物品。

退回的物品必須符合我們的退貨政策:

No matter you purchase goods from our store by any means, including Whatsapp, Facebook, wechat and website orders, it means that you understand and agree to all the contents of this return and refund terms. If there is any dispute, the contents of these terms will be the basis.

 

Normally, we do not offer returns or exchanges

All sales with Flash Line cannot be changed once the order is placed and paid. Under general case, there is no return or exchange service.

If you have any questions about the size or condition of a specific product on our website, please send an email to order@flashline.store or Whatsapp +852-5598-3298 for inquiries before submitting a purchase order.

Exchange (if applicable)

In the following special circumstances, the company can exchange goods for customers

  1. The style or size does not match the content on the customer's order
  2. Major damage, resulting in the product not being able to perform its original functions

If the customer finds that the above conditions are met, the customer must submit the application via email /Whatsapp/WeChat within seven days after receiving the goods, and the goods must be returned together with the original packaging and without affecting the secondary sale.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the goods are damaged due to improper use, or for any personal reasons (such as inconsistent size, unsightly, etc.), or if they are general product defects, including glue stains, thread ends or stains not greater than 5% of the volume of the goods, or due to express delivery Any defects in the original packaging caused by transportation cannot be used as a requirement for return or exchange.
In addition, the pictures displayed on all products on the website are for reference only. The color, appearance, size, etc. of the product on the reference picture may be inconsistent with the actual product, and customers cannot use it as a return request after ordering. If you have any questions about the actual product, please contact us through various online channels or contact us for details.

Once returned, you will be entitled to a replacement or refund, which does not include the original postage and packaging costs. We cannot refund or replace items that appear to be worn, laundered, or in non-original condition.

Items returned must comply with our return policy:

  1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by original labels and/or packaging (if applicable).
  2. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of items.
  3. All items must be in original condition and can be resold.
  4. Please make sure that all returned items are packaged in good condition to avoid damage during the mailing process.
  5. If returning footwear, please make sure to protect the box with an outer wrapper. The box is part of the product, so any damage may result in rejection of the return.
  6. Please ensure that all returned packages are accompanied by traceable insurance services.
  7. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items during the return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Flash line reserves the right of final decision on all return and exchange applications.
